In mid-2021, Lychee-E started as an online graphic design agency, initially focusing on something as simple as visiting card design.

At the time, professional design services were largely accessible to bigger businesses, startups, and companies with in-house designers or the resources to work with platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

But for India’s MSMEs and Tier 2 & Tier 3 businesses, there was a clear gap.

Online printing had already started becoming accessible, but professional online design was still largely missing.

As we worked with more businesses, we discovered an even bigger problem — branding and logo design. Many businesses either didn’t invest in a professional logo at all, or relied on local, unskilled design solutions and copied templates that stayed with them for years.

That’s where Lychee stepped in.

We built an online-first design service focused on giving businesses across India access to professional, original, and affordable design — regardless of where they were located.

What started small grew into a nationwide journey.

Over the last 4–5 years, we served 20,000+ clients across India, reaching businesses from cities and towns to some of the most remote corners of the country — from small local businesses to places as far as Daman & Diu and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

But our journey didn’t stop at graphic design.

Today, we see another major gap in the market.
